We are hosting our final Grief Circle of the year this Wednesday December 13th in our usual beautiful space. The circle is designed with the holidays in mind: a 90-minute guided practice devoted to supporting you in identifying and honouring your personal boundaries, and using the practice of loving kindness to connect with your inner resources and show up relaxed, authentic, and at peace, no ma tter what the holiday season brings. Join us for this relaxing and regenerative guided experience. Tickets are $22, but you can still use the code FEELGOODFRIDAY for $11 off. Places are limited.
About your facilitator:
Kate is a certified Mind-Body Life Coach & trauma-informed healing practitioner, facilitator, & space holder. She specializes in supporting her clients & groups to safely connect with stuck feelings + emotions in the body in order to shift them—creating opportunities to turn sorrow & grief into relief, release, & renewed energy. As well as a practicing life coach, she writes & podcasts about somatic/body-based healing. You can find her @sensefeeltransform or listen to the Sense Feel Transform podcast on Spotify.
