GOLDEN | Women's Circle

GOLDEN is a small group workshop designed exclusively for women-identifying individuals who are seeking to make healing and long-lasting changes in their lives—whether in their relationships, career, health, wealth, lifestyle, or all of the above.

Through trauma-informed facilitation, your guide will support you in an evening of deep connection to Self and Circle as we create space for you to:

• Explore your most authentic dreams and desires (light) and any fears that may surface along with them (shadow);
• Engage with whatever thoughts, feelings, and emotions arise in a psychologically safe way;
• Transmute stuck, confused, or limiting energy into powerful insight, motivation, and confidence.

Whether you have huge and ambitious goals for your life or a simple desire to live happy and fulfilled, making your visions for yourself a reality cannot be accomplished by mindset shifts alone. If your body doesn’t feel safe enough to get on board, the vision will remain just that.

Through somatic practice, meditation, breathwork, reflection, and journaling, we’ll turn to the body for our most honest insights and authentic action plan, because your brilliant bod is your greatest ally for true and lasting healing, transformation, and easeful evolution towards your dreams.

We are honoured to hold this space for you to more deeply connect with the incredible magic that resides within you; enhance your innate intuition, wisdom, courage, and trust; and be witnessed and held by your fellow circle members, who offer accountability as you go out to pursue your most authentic desires with renewed energy, clarity, and vision.

About your facilitator: 

Kate Juniper is a certified Mind-Body Life Coach, trauma-informed Somatic Practitioner, Reiki Master, facilitator, & sacred space holder. She specializes in supporting her clients & groups to safely connect with stuck feelings + emotions in the body in order to shift them—creating opportunities to turn sorrow & grief into relief, release, & renewed energy.
