THIRD EYE CHAKRA - Intuition, Foresight & Awareness
A women’s circle is a co-created space for women to show up as their full authentic selves. You do not need to change anything about your current state to be welcome and held in the space. Come as you are whether that be full of energy, low, sad, happy, neutral, or sensitive. Together, we cultivate a sanctuary of love, compassion, & acceptance, where your vulnerability is brave & all versions of you are celebrated.
In this circle, we will dive into the energy of intuition, foresight & awareness. What do these concepts mean for you, how do they show up in your life, and any resistances or challenges you face in relationship to these concepts. This is a space to explore these energies with other women who are doing the same.
Some practices that we will do in Circle:
Connecting to our third eye chakra
Breathwork & Senses Soma Practice
Pulling & interpreting oracle cards for each other
Connecting to your intuition: Sound meditation journey
Tea for integration
