Service Description

Join us in welcoming the Spring Equinox on March 19 at 2pm for a 90-minute session for a special slow flow massage fusion class with Joanna from @vivewell and Alana from @embodyapothecary. Alana will guide us through a 90-minute session of restorative movement while Joanna quietly moves around the room offering hands-on massage therapy. The class will support you in welcoming in the shifting seasons by planting the seeds of awakening in your mind, body, and spirit. Come experience the restorative power of slow movement and gentle touch and get ready to embrace the beauty of Spring. The first 5 people to sign up get a free Botanical Facial Serum from @embodyapothecary! After class we will gather together around a nourishing tea, courtesy of the Embody Apothecary gardens.
