Service Description

Intake sessions are for clients seeking a longer working relationship to focus on their mind-body healing journey. In this session, we'll go through a series of practical and personal questions to get a clear picture of what you're going through, what you want to work on, and your goals for our time together. We'll begin doing "the work" with a complete somatic processing cycle, and decide what the scope of our work together will look like in order to best serve your goals and circumstances.
