About the event
Our Biweekly Women’s Circle | Alchemize pain, grief, worry, and fear into insight, healing, hope, and personal power.
Each class will include a short lecture from your facilitator on a particular theme, followed by body-based meditation and emotional processing, followed by a sharing and support circle, where all participants have the space to share what they’re going through and be held and supported by the collective. We complete our circle with a somatic practice for emotional and energetic release and nervous system reset, and a final short closing ceremony. Spots are limited to 12 participants per event.
About your facilitator:
Kate is a certified Mind-Body Life Coach & trauma-informed healing practitioner, facilitator, & space holder. She specializes in supporting her clients & groups to safely connect with stuck feelings + emotions in the body in order to shift them—creating opportunities to turn sorrow & grief into relief, release, & renewed energy. As well as a practicing life coach, she writes & podcasts about somatic/body-based healing. You can find her @sensefeeltransform or listen to the Sense Feel Transform podcast on Spotify.
