Innerdance is a deep exploration within, where you tune into the natural movement of your body.

This transformative experience is crafted with specially curated live sounds and noises, activating your brainwaves and allowing your unique process to unfold.

The space if facilitated with sound, intuitive touch, and energy movement, guiding you to explore the richness of self-awareness.

We begin by connecting in an open circle, creating a shared space. You then lie down, close your eyes, and immerse yourself in live sounds and noises, guided by Fanny, for 60 to 90 minutes. As you gently return to the present moment, we come together to share and hold space for any dialogue or reflections that emerge from the experience.
