All stages of pregnancy, no experience required.


Prenatal yoga classes have a few missions:


  • To help ease the aches and pains of carrying a human 24/7

  • To maintain strength and develop stability and balance, especially in the pelvic floor

  • To down-regulate your nervous system and keep mamas’ stress levels in check

  • To mindfully bond with the baby growing inside you
