REST + RESET is a monthly invitation to join us for a guided journey designed to support your

mind, body, and soul to enter into deep restorative relaxation. Let us help you set down the

burdens of the day (or week, month, or even years) using proven nervous system-regulating

techniques from the fields of somatics, neuroscience, yoga, and psychology.

6–7.15 pm monthly starting Thursday April 18th. Tickets are $22. Limited spots apply.
