The Energy of Possibility… on your Fertility Journey

Trying to get pregnant comes with a HUGE range of emotions. At times you may feel hopeful and optimistic, but you may also experience feelings of overwhelm, sadness, or even grief and despair. If you don’t have anyone you can talk to, or if it seems like no one really “gets it”, it can make you feel even more alone!

This small group workshop is an invitation to gather, in a safe space, with other women who are also trying to conceive (and get what it’s like!). 

Through embodied movement, mindful breathing, and journaling, you will have the opportunity to release experiences and events of 2024 that felt heavy or hard, and move towards the lighter and brighter energy of possibility for renewed hope, confidence, and trust on your fertility journey in 2025.
