In this session, we review a lifestyle questionnaire which is completed prior to the appointment. We discuss your goals and challenges when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. We then discuss short term strategies to support these goals. A healthy eating, movement, and self-care protocol is provided to the client after the appointment, along with a recipe bundle.
