Expect an energizing flow set to inspiring sound, moments of grounding and reflection, and space to reconnect with yourself. We’ll ease into the practice and wind down at the end, sometimes with a little neck massage to help you arrive and leave feeling relaxed and restored. Come curious, open, and ready to move.
