Service Description

In this Restorative Yin offering, you are welcome to practice rest and restoration themed around seasonal energies and themes. We’ll move through a series of floor-based Yin postures, held for several minutes with the use of various yoga props, and held long enough to allow the body to truly exhale. It’s a gentle way to soothe the nervous system and clear out some of the mental clutter we all carry around. Whether you’ve had a long week or just need a quiet hour to yourself, this class is a space to come as you are and leave feeling a little lighter.
